I was looking to receive counseling for my anxiety, which was creating a lot of stress for myself. Along with being a great listener, Josh also invited me to ask myself questions, and to try to come to my own conclusions. He also provided me with a few mindful exercises to practice lowering my anxiety and self-esteem issues, all of which were helpful. As I mentioned to Josh, I’m currently at a point where I feel more confident and like I don’t need these sessions.
